- Save for the access or use granted hereunder, the use of the App does not create any other legal, contractual, or commercial relationship between you and GSBN or the document issuer.
- The use of GSBN Document Viewer Application
- You authorize GSBN to collect, store, and process the Information on your behalf solely for the purpose of rendering it on the Doc Viewer.
- You must ensure that any Information shared with you via the GSBN Platform or GSBN Document Viewer Application is used exclusively for the purpose of validating authenticity of information you possess against the records written on the GSBN Platform.
- You shall not use or disclose the Information for any other purpose, nor shall you share, disclose, or distribute the Information to any unauthorized party. You agree to implement adequate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the content and existence of the Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
- You must ensure only Authorised Users have the right to access the Information and must not sell, commercially exploit, transfer, license or assign rights in or relating to any Information.
