Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to support the product (schema) design and product launch program. You will have the opportunity to work on one of the largest enterprise blockchain deployments involving global shipping lines and terminal operators.

The BA role is a key member of the initial team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

• Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, solution providers) to understand their business needs, desired outcomes and collect requirements on the product (API schema) design/ workflow enhancement
• Build Business Cases and align the product design/ change with stakeholders on the implementation scope and schedule
• Facilitate the product launch/ rollout, including planning, system integration, testing, customer on-boarding and go to marketing activities.
• Work closely with internal team / vendor to implement the API changes or new API development

• Degree holder
• 3+ years relevant experience in technology industry
• Experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics field or Data (API) Products is preferred
• Self-driven and proactive to get the job done
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• English and Mandarin Chinese are mandatory
